We run your SEO content.
You approve it.
Seofable Managed is for founders and teams who want the results of consistent, honest SEO publishing — without learning what a Search Console is. We operate a controlled content system on your site: buyer-intent keywords, fact-checked articles, a written approval process, and a monthly report in plain English.
The question you're actually asking: "Will this embarrass my brand?" Fair. Here's our answer: nothing goes live without your approval at the start, every article carries a visible fact-check note, your no-go topics are binding, and our own track record is public — including the misses: seofable.com/proof. If an article ever goes out wrong, we pull it and tell you before you find it. That's the deal.
What "managed" actually means
| You | Us | |
|---|---|---|
| Keywords | Veto anything | Research & pick — scored for buyer intent, not vanity volume |
| Writing | — | Researched, briefed, fact-checked articles (the fact-check note stays visible in every piece) |
| Approval | Approve the first 4 in your CMS | After that: optional auto-publish with a 48-hour veto window (weekends don't count) |
| Publishing | — | Into your WordPress or Ghost (no blog yet? We'll recommend the best path on the call) |
| Measurement | Read one page a month | Search Console set up, monitored and translated for you |
8–12 reviewed articles per month (depending on how fast approvals flow in your first weeks). Deliberately not more: quality, internal linking and indexation beat volume — we publish at the pace Google rewards, not the pace that looks impressive on an invoice.
Your access, your control
You can lock us out in under a minute, any time. That's by design:
- Author-only access. On WordPress we work through a separate user with the Author role — we can write and publish our own posts. We cannot touch your theme, plugins, settings, users or any content that isn't ours. Revoking access is one click (delete the application password).
- Read-only measurement. For Search Console you add our service account with restricted permission — it can read performance data, nothing else. Your property, your Google account, your ownership.
- No site changes, ever. We never modify your website's design or code. If you don't have a blog, we host one on a subdomain — your site stays untouched.
- Your articles stay yours. Published under your author name, on your domain. If you leave, everything stays.
Your first month, step by step
Pricing
3-month minimum (SEO physics: the first 30 days build indexation, rankings typically follow in 60–90 — anyone promising week-4 rankings is lying to you). Monthly after that.
- 8–12 reviewed, fact-checked articles per month
- Keyword strategy scored for buyer intent
- Author-only publishing to your CMS (or hosted blog)
- Search Console setup + monthly plain-English report
- Written no-go list and approval log
Same guarantee as every Seofable plan: if none of your first eligible articles appear in Google Search within 30 days, we credit your next month. And if your articles stop appearing, we pause and tell you what's blocking them — you don't keep paying for articles into the void. Our own track record is public, misses included: seofable.com/proof.

Do you guarantee rankings or traffic?
No — and nobody honestly can. We prove what we can control: publication, technical indexability, and appearance in Google Search, publicly on our proof page. The 30-day appearance guarantee above is real and written down.
What if I don't use WordPress — or don't have a blog at all?
Ghost works natively. For everything else we host a blog on a subdomain
(blog.yourdomain.com) — you set one DNS record with us on the call,
your existing site is never touched. Honest trade-off: a subdomain builds
authority more slowly than a /blog/ directory, so if you have WordPress, we'll
always recommend publishing there.
Who is legally responsible for the content?
You are — it's your site, and we say that out loud instead of hiding it. That's why the first 4 articles need your explicit approval, why your no-go list is binding, and why every article keeps its visible fact-check note.
Why is this so much cheaper than an agency?
Because the writing system is software we built and run for our own sites — you're paying for strategy, judgment and accountability, not for hours. Agencies charge $1,500–2,500/month largely for manual labor we automated. The trade-off: we do content, not link-building, not site redesigns, not ads.
Can I switch to the self-serve product later?
Yes, anytime — it's the same system underneath. Some customers start managed and take over the controls once they've seen how it works.
