1. Service

Seofable researches keywords, generates SEO articles using AI and — where you connect a CMS — publishes them to your website on a schedule. Plans include a monthly number of article credits (Starter: 30, Growth: 90; unused credits do not roll over). The free tier includes one trial article.

2. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorized to publish content on the connected website.
• You review AI-generated content where legally required for your industry. Despite our fact-checking pass, AI-generated content can contain errors — final editorial responsibility for published content lies with you.
• No use for unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

3. No ranking guarantee

SEO results depend on your domain's authority, competition and time. We deliberately target realistic keywords, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic.

4. Content ownership

Articles generated for your account belong to you. You may edit, republish and reuse them freely.

5. Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard (effective at the end of the billing period). Prices include no VAT (§ 19 UStG small business).

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you request that the service starts immediately (article generation begins), you consent to performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses upon full performance (§ 356(5) BGB). 7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typically foreseeable damage. Availability target 99%; scheduled maintenance excepted.

8. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
